Three-star offensive lineman Mason Richman commits to Iowa

IOWA CITY, Iowa - The Iowa football team is stacking offensive linemen in its 2020 recruiting class.

Mason Richman, a native of Stilwel, Kan., became the third offenisve lineman to commit to Iowa's class on Wednesday. 

Richman announced his commitment to Iowa via Twitter.

"It feels like a dream come true to be able to play football at such an amazing school," Richman said. "From the start they were the ones most interested in me in the time we were talking. And the love came right back from me and it shows with my commitment."

Iowa also has Byron, Ill. native Tyler Elsbury and Cedar Rapids native Josh Volk as offensive line commits in the class.

The 6-foot-5, 259-pound Richman also had offers from Air Force, Akron, Ball State, Dartmouth, Illinois State, Kansas, North Dakota, Northern Iowa, Princeton, South Dakota and South Dakota State.

Richman is the 11th player overall to commit to Iowa's 2020 recruiting class.
