Hawkeye football lands 2021 Iowa native Zach Twedt

IOWA CITY, Iowa - The Iowa football team's 2021 recruiting class now stands at six after three-star athlete Zach Twedt announced his commitment to the Hawkeyes via Twitter on Saturday.

The 6-foot-3, 216-pound Twedt verbally committed to Iowa State in January but reopened his recruitment on Nov. 10.

The Story City, Iowa native is the fourth Iowa native to commit to Iowa's 2021 recruiting class.

Twedt also had interest from Notre Dame and Nebraska, according to Rivals.com.
